Vibes -Vibrations
Science has taught us that energy can be delivered on various spectrums called waves.
Waves are actually vibrational patterns, so when someone says that they “vibe” with you, then all they’re saying is that they feel your energy
“I feel you on that!”
“I understand you!”
We are one in the same in regards to certain things!
Vibration never cease, they travel forever, even through physical obstacles!
Radio Waves!
WiFi Waves!
Cellular Waves!
There are various other understandings that can attest to this!
What are your receptors a-tuned to?
So let me crash here for a moment, I don’t need to own it, no lie!

Over the last few days I’ve been seeing a lot of people state that Jay Z doesn’t need anymore money, so why did he do the deal with the NFL. So based off the assumption that he doesn’t “need” anymore money, they conclude that he’s wrong for making the move that he made.
But let’s examine this from an entrepreneurs perspective, and juxtapose it with having a career.
If you have a good high paying job and your boss gave you a raise, would you turn it down, would you think to yourself I don’t need a raise?
Regardless of the answer that you give right there, the reaction would be the exact same, you’d accept the raise, if you “needed” it or not! You’re not going to say, “that’s aight boss, give that money to someone else”, it’s just not going to happen!
Well the thing is, Jay Z is an entrepreneur, we are people that work for ourselves, we don’t work for other people, we don’t have bosses giving us raises, so we give ourselves RAISES! And the only way to do that is to make business transactions that up our net profits and net worth! This is how you create a legacy!
The work that we do is for our families, to build our legacies! We want to secure generational wealth so our children’s, children’s, children’s can still eat and build off our legacies.
Isn’t this the same for you? Do you not want to “secure the bag” to, at the very least, make sure that your children don’t grow up in the same conditions that you did. You want better for them, and you hope that they’ll make things better for their kids!
I’ve seen post after post of people with full time jobs, working a side hustle to live a certain lifestyle, and y’all say that it’s being done for your seeds! The difference is that Jay is trying to leave a legacy and most of y’all are trying to leave an insurance policy as an inheritance, if that!
You have to switch your mindset to legacy building, and I guarantee that you’ll understand 100% where Jay is coming from, and why he made the move that he made!
Look at a lot of these major corporations, a whole lot of them were started over 100 years ago, that’s creating generational wealth!
Take the Walton’s for example, the owners of Walmart and Sam’s Club, are worth close to $200 billion combined, off their fathers legacy!
That’s what Jay is doing! The same thing that the corporations that you work for are doing!
Instead of working for corporations and helping to build someone else’s legacy, I SAY TRY TO BUILD YOUR OWN, so your kids and kids, kids, kids can be taken care of in the future!
I know this isn’t for everybody, but if it’s in you, let’s bring it out. We need people like you if we’re ever going to change our circumstances here!
I’ve taken a 10 year journey with my wife and family, now it’s time to take a journey with anyone that’s willing to take it with me!
Operation Maywood Building Blocks is coming 10-1-2019!
I’ll be adding people from The Woods that I’ve talked to about entrepreneurship over the years to the MBB group in the next few weeks. So if you want to shift your mindset from employee to employer, or if you’re already in that mindset, let’s build a legacy, I’ll help you do that!

Jay Z’s latest Chess Move
A few days ago the world found out that Jay Z had made a deal with the NFL to help with its social justice outreach, and league wide entertainment.
If you’re not familiar with why the NFL needed to start a social justice outreach program, google Colin Kaepernick takes a knee, then come back to this.
What I’ve witnessed over the past few days has been a bit dis-heartening. People are calling this man a sellout, saying he’s on bullshit and a host of other things to disparage the move he made.
These same people were the ones championing Kaepernick for winning a lawsuit and taking a payout that prohibited him from talking bad about the NFL, and getting a massive endorsement deal with Nike to help push his social justice outreach activities.
So explain to me why it was ok for Kap, but not ok for Jay Z?
Check the mans track record when it comes down to using his influence and capital to help combat injustices over the past decade, then if you come back still talking shit about the man, you’re part of the problem!

Self-Police State
An article about Ring doorbells being accessible by police without your consent was posted on @RoyalConversations today, and the person posting it asked, “is it a good thing, or is it a police state?”below is my answer. I’ll expound on it in video later!
The thing is, it can be both. The good comes from the fact that you can make your neighborhood safer with connectivity, and the bad is that you lose a lot of privacy.
By nature being outside can’t be considered a “private” act, so what level of privacy should we expect when we’re out and about?
We’re already in a self imposed police state as is, with all the tracking we allow our phones to do while we’re out. We check in to different places, we post geotagged pictures, we make ATM transactions, we have iPass in our cars, we use google maps, we use our fingerprints and faces to open our phones. And a lot of this data is accessible by the government because we post it on social media.
So my synopsis is that we’re already participating in a police state, might as well be safer in our own neighborhoods!

Abortion in Black and White
The big picture is that they’ve been saying for decades that white people are having less babies. Then they’ve also been saying that the US will become a majority minority country by a certain date, but the browning of America is moving faster than they anticipated, so what can they do to slow it down?
One way is to outlaw abortion to force white people to have more babies!
You may be thinking, but if they outlaw abortion, then more Black people will have babies too, but here’s the thing, you have to understand states rights to understand this properly.
If they overturn Roe v Wade, it does not make abortions illegal in this country as a whole. It makes it where states can choose to deal with it how they want to deal with it, so progressive states will allow abortions, but conservative states will not allow them.
What this means is that Red states with lower levels of Black people will see an increase of white children being born, and they will also see a migration of Black people that will leave those states in the coming years because of the repressive laws, thus fewer Black kids will be born in those states. Which then slows down the browning of those states in particular.
If they could, they would come right out and say “we only want to ban abortions for white women and Black women can still have them”, but they can’t do that because it wouldn’t go over too well with a lot of their white constituents. The reason for this is that every state is actually a shade of purple not really blue or red, and they can’t afford to have more white people oppose what they’re trying to do, because they let it be known that it was done with racist intent!
So at the end of the day, these dudes out there trying to end a woman’s right to have an abortion aren’t doing because they oppose abortion, but because they oppose white women getting abortions!

More Corporate Welfare, or Worse!
Corporations have been wanting to go up on their prices so they can make more profits, but they can’t do it by cutting jobs like they used to, because the economy is too robust for that. They also know that if they go up on their prices they’ll get consumer backlash because wages aren’t rising like they should have in the current bull economy
So how do they go up on prices but make it seem like they had no choice?
Tariff’s!
If the tariff’s add 10 cent to a product, corporations will add an extra 10 cent so they can factor in the pseudo price drop if the tariff’s go away later down the road. Then when the tariff goes away, all they have to do is drop the prices a little and tell the people that they’re dropping the prices because the tariff’s are gone. It makes it look like they’re helping us, but they still end up with higher profit margins without looking like the vultures they are.
45 and his cohorts know that tariff’s are paid by the end consumer, so why are they so hell bent on imposing new ones that ultimately effect the pockets of the consumer? It makes no sense!
But it makes all the sense in the world if the end goal is to help corporations bottom line!
And on a more sinister note, it might be a way to create a controlled crash of the economy like they do every 11-12 years!

What Racial Bias and Prejudice Look Like to Blind Justice!
For the first time that I can remember we get to juxtapose two officer involved shootings that occurred in the same citywide area and state that became national headlines. Before this we would usually have to compare what happened in a place like SC to what happened in Texas or elsewhere, but now we can really see what racial bias and prejudice actually looks like in the same metropolitan area, the Twin Cities.
For those that aren’t familiar, the two pictures at the top are the Latino cop that killed Philando Castile and Philando Castile, and at the bottom is the Black cop Mohamed Noor, and the white woman that he killed.
In the Philando Castile case, the cop wasn’t convicted and received a $45k severance package from the department.
Philando’s mother later settled on a $3 million dollar payout from the city for the wrongful death of her son, and his girlfriend received $800k for her and their child’s trauma.
In the Mohamed Noor case, he was convicted of third degree murder and second degree manslaughter and can get up to 35 years in jail. This was “believed to be the first time that a Minneapolis police officer was convicted of murder for an on duty shooting”.
Her family was awarded $20 million dollars, yep the largest payout ever in Minnesota history!
Not only did these two cases happen in the same metropolitan area, they both had wildly different outcomes and the cities paid out wildly different restitution amounts!
So the next time y’all (and by y’all I mean white people that don’t believe injustice exists) say that justice is blind and that the law is equal, take this into account.
A friend of mine said, the Black cop should have just said he feared for his life and then he would have gotten off, but I guess saying that “you tried to neutralize a potential threat ain’t the same!”

Isn’t it ironic that if you eat like you have high blood pressure, you’ll never have high blood pressure!
Or if you eat like you have heart disease then you’ll never have heart disease!
The list goes on and on because a lot of the internal issues that we encounter later in life, and now earlier in life, are all food born illnesses! Which means that what we’re eating is killing us!
Why isn’t this taught to our children when teaching them about the food pyramid?
The question is rhetorical, we all know why, Big Pharma needs to sell their products, too!

I read this book called God, the Black Man and Truth a while back and he had a chapter entitled “The Power to Define”. That chapter helped to changed my life because it gave me a new perspective on why I did some of the things I do.
The knowledge allowed me to look at the world differently and understand that I could define my existence going forward, that was in the mid 90’s, two decades later I still remember how that chapter made me feel!
